New York-based painter, Ms Masako Sato, is currently participating in the painting section of The 84th Shinseisaku Art Exhibition at the National Art Center, Tokyo! This exhibition was postponed for a year from last year, and The Artist’s Association of Shinseisaku decided to hold it in response to the new situation by reviewing their whole process to hold an open call and its exhibition.
