Open Call from Oulu 2026! The call itself will open from 3 October to 9 December 2022, but on 13 June, they will have an informative webinar on the call. They will call for the projects not only from Finland but also from international cultural players. The projects are expected to embody their main themes 'Wild City', 'Cool Contrasts' and 'Brave Hinterland' to achieve 'Cultural Climate Change', with the positive development brought about by the culture in northern Finland.
