I am thrilled to share with you the success of the “Launmomentdat in Parc 2023″ Festival that took place in Timișoara’s Regina Maria Park from June 9th to June 11th. The festival created a captivating atmosphere infused with the aromas and rhythms of exotic destinations, bringing together artists from Japan, Cuba, Mexico, Morocco, as well as Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Serbia, and Romania.
The sixth edition was a resounding success, attracting a diverse audience and showcasing the rich tapestry of cultural heritage from around the world. The festival offered a platform for artists to showcase their talent, exchange artistic ideas, and celebrate cultural diversity. The vibrant performances, exhibitions, and workshops captivated the attendees and provided them with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in different cultures.
Through interaction with artists and their performances, visitors had the opportunity to experience the beauty of different traditions, art forms, and music. This cultural exchange not only promoted mutual understanding but also served as a catalyst for further collaborations and cultural initiatives.
EU-Japan Fest Japan Committee played a pivotal role in making this event a grand success. It enabled us to bring renowned artists from Japan. Furthermore, it allowed us to ensure free entry for all attendees, making the festival accessible to a wide range of individuals and families.
Soichi Terada, a distinguished electronic music producer and composer, captivated the audience with his innovative soundscapes and infectious beats. His live set showcased a fusion of traditional Japanese elements and contemporary electronic music, creating an atmosphere that was both nostalgic and exhilarating.
During his captivating performance at the Amazon Stage, Soichi Terada went beyond the conventional boundaries of a live set. With his innovative approach, he engaged the audience by inviting them to interact with his electronic gadgets.
Terada’s inclusive performance allowed festival attendees to become active participants in the music-making process. DJ SO, a highly respected figure in the global techno scene and the founder of the renowned Labyrinth in Tokyo, brought his exceptional skills and unparalleled expertise to the festival’s afterparty. His techno set created an immersive and pulsating atmosphere that had the crowd enthralled from start to finish.
From the moment DJ SO took control of the decks, he masterfully guided the audience on a sonic journey, characterized by driving beats, intricate rhythms, and hypnotic melodies. His seamless transitions and expertly crafted mix of tracks captivated the audience, creating an energy that reverberated throughout the entire venue.
What made DJ SO’s techno set truly remarkable was his ability to create a perfect balance between intense and atmospheric moments.
