Ensemble Sonne is a dance company based in Kobe, which was founded in 1993. Undergoing daily physical training based on a German expressionist dance method, they also work with Japanese and international guest teachers. Whilst they create and perform their pieces in Kobe, they also tour Tokyo and other cities. In this way they continue to develop and diversify their pieces.
