Applications for the second round of the Arts Council Tokyo's new Startup Grant for 2021 will open on 1 September. Applications will be accepted for performances, exhibitions, projects, participation in international festivals, collaborations, etc., to be held in Tokyo or abroad, and online information sessions will be held for those who wish to apply.
