Entry for the KAGU Design Competition is ongoing!! Higashikawa, the Town of Photography in Hokkaido starts the “Kengo Kuma & Higashikawa” KAGU Design Competition. This competition calls for the ideas from the young generation, who will be responsible for the future and ask them to propose a new, mindful way of life with “KAGU” (furniture). This time, they are calling for the designs for wooden chairs. The applicants must be students enrolled in various education institutions, who are 30 years of age or younger. Applications from abroad are welcome!! The entry can be done from the website and its deadline is on 27 Feb.
