Setouchi Circus Factory (SCF) is founded by Michiko Tanaka, with the mission of development of contemporary circus scene in Japan. We create contemporary circus shows, host artists for residency projects, organize festivals (2015-2019), manage circus classes for kids, engage in international and national circus networks. We work hard to collaborate with different local industries and organizations, institutions... Removing borders, breaking stereotypes by using circus is our mission and our raison d'être!
