Adoka Niitsu (b.1975 in Yamanashi, Japan) is a Paris-based interdisciplinary artist. Her work, which draws from her reflections on image and media techniques and technologies, is diverse and integrative, encompassing installations, videos, and performances—taking on a research-oriented conceptual approach. In contrast, her drawings, paintings, and prints focus on the fundamental visual language created through accumulated hand movements, evoking delusions in the viewer by exploring the depths of the unconscious.
