Underground Airport is a performing arts unit in Tokyo. We create Theatre Pieces, Musicals, Immersive Theatre Projects. We think about the problem of Society and People, and reconstruct a metaphysical structure of the pieces.
In 2014, we are chosen by National Theatre Wales\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s R & D project \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Waleslab\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", and researched about the red dragon myth of Wales and New nuclear unit in North Wales which would be built by Japanese company. We brought back the idea of new musical about humanity and Nuclear Power, created a new musical \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Red Dragon and Soil Traveller\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" in 2016, and got Silver Grand Prix and Production Award of Corich Performing Arts Festival 2016.
