Founded in 2013 by Aoi Nakamura and Esteban Lecoq, AΦE is a dance company based in UK and associate artists of Institute of Culture and Creative Industry – University of Kent. Our speciality consists of incorporating technology within the dance theatre experience to completely reinvent audience participation. AΦE is the UKs first dance company to tour with Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality and lead the way with our innovative use of technology and perception of performance. Since AΦEs creation, we have gained the support of prestigious venues around the world including Sadlers Wells, London, the Sydney Festival and Théâtre de Chaillot, Paris.
