Takashi Sonoda ist ein Künstler, der seit drei Jahren in Deuschland lebt. In Zeichnungen und Video-Performances zeigt er Selbsttransformationen.
Er beobachtet grundlegende Formen in der Natur, die durch Bewegung entstehen und versucht, diese transformativ wiederzugeben.
Im Sommer 2021wurde er in Kiel von einer Möwe beobachtet. Auf einmal wurde ihm bewusst, dass die Natur auch die Menschen wahrnimmt.
Takashis Einzelausstellung zeigt eine Auswahl der Kunstwerke, die in Deutschland entstanden sind.

Sonoda is an artist based in Germany for the past three years, and his main forms of expression are performance video and painting through self-transformation.
He observes the fundamental forms that arise through the movement of nature and attempts self-transformation.
In the summer of 2021, he was observed by a seagull in Kiel. This experience made him realize that nature also senses us.
Sonoda’s solo exhibition will feature a selection of works he has created in Germany.
