Based in Linz (Austria), the European Capital of Culture in 2009, Ars Electronica has been known as a globally renowned media art festival. Currently, the festival opens a call for a six-months long (May - October 2021) residency training program delivered in cooperation with the Agency for Cultural Affairs in Japan.
