Thank you for using the EU-Japan Fest Japan Committee “Meet Up ECoC!

Due to the termination of the social login service by Meta/Facebook, EU-Japan Fest Japan Committee will also be terminating all social logins, using X (formerly twitter), and Google on this website as of July 31, 2024.

As a result, we would like to ask all users who are currently using SNS accounts (Facebook, X (formerly twitter), and Google) to set up your email address and password to log in to log in to “Meet Up ECoC!” site after August 1 2024. We kindly ask that users who are using SNS accounts to log in should confirm their membership information (login information) by July 31, 2024.

• 31 July 2024 New member registration by SNS account linkage will be stopped.
• 1 August 2024Login by SNS account will be stopped, replaced by e-mail address and password

How to confirm/reset your email address and password

*If you have linked your SNS account but are logging in with your email address and password, following action is not required.

 

[1] In case of logging in using Facebook

1) Send a request to reset your password by clicking “Reset Password“. Your new password will be sent to the email address you entered.

2) If you have forgotten your username, please submit a request here.

3) Please reset your email address and password in your membership information, if necessary.

 

[2] In case of logging in using X (formerly twitter)

1) Open “Apps and Sessions” in the X application and select the application you are linked to.

2) Unlink “Meet Up ECoC!”

3) Please follow the steps in [1] above to reconfigure.

 

[3] In case of logging in using Google

1) Select “Security” from “Manage Google Account”

2) Click “Manage third party access” in the “Third party apps that can access your account” section. Select “Meet Up ECoC!” from “Apps with access to your account” and click “Remove Access”.

3) Please follow the steps in [1] above to reconfigure your account.
