A major online arts festival featuring Japan and Hong Kong from multiple perspectives!

Under the motto "Structure of Icosahedron", the InlanDimensions International Arts Festival 2021 focuses on the shared nature of contemporary art. In order to respond to the fast-changing situation, an online platform was set up to distribute theatrical/film productions. A total of 60 productions were presented, including 48 from Japan, such as Hiroshi Koike Bridge Project, KAKUSHINHAN, Seinendan, Shinjuku Ryozanpaku, and namstrops. A live concert by Ms Ichiko Aoba was also held in Poland, attracting audiences for the first time in two years. The festival, which aims to build bridges between Europe and Asia, also hosted a three-day conference on the current state of contemporary Eurasian theatre. The screening of films by Director Umetsugu Inoue, who has worked in both Japan and Hong Kong as a bridge between the two countries, was another testament to his contribution to the film industry and will hopefully lead to future projects between Japan, Hong Kong and the UK.
