Founded in 1929 as the Puppet Theatre Puk. In 1971, we opened Japan's first theatre specialising in puppetry, the PUK Puppet Theatre, which continues to create and transmit a wide range of high-quality puppet theatre productions, not only PUK productions but also traditional and contemporary works from around the world.
