Fuyuka Shindo is an artist who is based in Sapporo, Japan. Her artworks are often related to the culture and the history of Hokkaido. She presents her works in exhibitions and art programs both in domestic and abroad including ‘Patterns, somewhere in between’ at Art Center Ongoing, Tokyo, Japan, in 2004, ‘Sapporo International Art Festival 2014’ in Chi-Ka-Ho, Sapporo, Japan, and ‘While removing fish scales from salmon’, Hokkaido Museum of Northern Peoples, Abashiri, Japan in 2015.
