Yasutaka Yoshimura is an architect based in Tokyo and professor at Waseda University. He was born in Toyota, Aichi, Japan in 1972. Graduated from Waseda University in 1995, and graduated school of Waseda in 1997. Worked at MVRDV from 1999 to 2001. He has founded his own practice in 2005 and since then awarded prizes inside and outside of Japan including the Annual Prize of AIJ (Fukumasu Base in 2018, Nakagawa Office in 2014 and Nowhere but Sajima in 2011), the Asia Design Award Gold medal (Nowhere but Hayama in 2009). He has written a book named "Super Legal Building" in 2006. He has become a professor at Meiji University in 2013, Waseda University in 2018
