As a 'Diplomat of cuisine', and official chef, I have served Japanese cuisine to guests from all over the world for 10 years in Canada, China and France. I've devoted myself to hospitality at ambassadors' residences and was awarded the 'Outstanding Official Residence Chef' by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2013. Currently, in addition to serving special course meals as a traveling chef, I provide recipes and lectures at the request of central government ministries, local governments, companies, universities, and culinary schools.
