エレフシナは、「Misteries of Transition」と題して文化・人・都市・環境を4つの重要な領域として定義しており、エレフシナとヨーロッパが共通して直面している課題・特徴として「人と社会」「環境」「労働」の3つのテーマをプログラムに反映しています。
