A large number of image data are combined into one precise image. As a result, standing in front of this artwork provides more visual information than looking at the actual mountain at the site, and the artwork allows us to observe the mountain more clearly. As a result, there is a strange realism to the image, which raises the question of what reality is. Also, on the screen, the entire landscape is in focus. This is not possible in ordinary photography, and as a result, it shares characteristics with the Flemish paintings of the 15th and 6th centuries, when the landscape began to be the subject. However, because of the photographic technique, every detail is strangely clear, and the work is still not a painting, and the title of the work reflects the characteristics of photography, which wavers between painting and photography. In this work, I aimed to present a new way of image in two-dimensional expression by thoroughly exploring the "descriptiveness" that is characteristic of photography.
