Colorful preparatory activities have been delivered in Kaunas (Lithuania) and Esch (Luxembourg), the European Capitals of Culture in 2022!


カウナス(リトアニア)/ Kaunas (Lithuania)

カウナスで昨年秋に開催された “Citytelling Festival” は地域住民が持つそれぞれの記憶やストーリーに光を当てたプログラムで、多くの人々が参加しました。さらに、プログラムを通して共有された人々の記憶やストーリーが壁画を通して視覚的に表現されました。


The “Citytelling Festival” held in Kaunas last autumn was a program that shed light on memories and stories of each resident in the city and a lot of people participated in it. Moreover, people’s memories and stories shared in the program were visually expressed through a series of murals. You can see the artworks in the post below.

エッシュ(ルクセンブルク)/ Esch (Luxembourg)

エッシュの中心地に建つ施設Annexe22では、アーティストNika Schmitt氏によるサウンドインスタレーション作品 “Radau Radar”を展示中。「ノイズ」に着想を得て制作された本作品を通して、来場者たちはそれぞれ違う聞こえ方で室内に反響する音を感じることができます。


At Annexe22 located in the center of Esch, a sound installation work “Radau Radar” by artist Nika Schmitt has been exhibited. Through this work inspired by “noise”, each visitor can differently perceive sounds resonating in the space.
The artwork has been revealed online!
